Is parking available?

We offer valet parking for guests at a rate of £35 per night. Please pull up to the main entrance on 14 Queen Square and our concierge will assist you.

Are pets allowed?

We welcome well-behaved dogs in selected Harbour Classic rooms. A surcharge of £40 per stay applies, which includes a dog bed, bowls, and treats.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual attire is requested in all public areas. After 19:00, the dining room and private floor require smart dress (no sportswear, shorts, or open-toed shoes for gentlemen).

Can non-guests use the private floor?

The private floor is strictly reserved for hotel guests and private members. We do not offer day passes or general public access to these areas.
